• RECEPTION: available as always upon request through the normal registration process or on site on a first come, first served basis.
• GROUPS: Please note that only 5 representatives per affiliated NGO will be allowed to register for the conference, no matter how many sign up for this special travel offer. However, you may reserve space here for as many as you like! Please send entire group reservation as one when possible. Airport transfers: Groups of 25+ only. 
• OPTIONAL: air arrangements, private airport transfers, trip insurance, single room upgrades and tour extensions upon request. Ask for details via email or fax (see below).
